Rinse, blot dry, and remove the stems of the mushrooms. Crush 3/4 bag of Trade Joe's garlic croutons. (We use a wooden mortar and pestle.) Mix crab meat with crumbs until well incorporated. Stuff each mushroom dividing the mix equally. Carefully layer each mushroom with the cheese. Bake on foil on a pre-heated pizza stone for 10 minutes at 475 degrees. (F) Finish by broiling until the cheese forms a crispy crown.
